A TriFemnél örömmel vesszük, hogy meglátogatta weboldalunkat. A minőségi étrend-kiegészítők és kozmetikumok fejlesztése mellett az adatvédelem és adatbiztonság kiemelten fontos számunkra. Hírlevél feliratkozással kapcsolatos adatkezelés

Sütik kezelése
A Weboldal a felhasználói élmény javítása, a weboldal működésének megkönnyítése, valamint statisztikai és marketing célok érdekében sütiket („Süti” vagy „Cookie”) alkalmaz. A Süti a webszerver által küldött, változó tartalmú, alfanumerikus információ-csomag, mely az Ön eszközén rögzül és előre meghatározott érvényességi ideig tárolásra kerül. Adatbiztonság
Az Adatkezelő kiemelt figyelmet fordít a személyes adatok védelmére, és azokat a legmagasabb biztonsági előírásoknak megfelelően kezeli. A személyes adatokat a saját, vagy az adatfeldolgozóink erős védelemmel ellátott szerverein tároljuk, amelyhez való hozzáférés csak szigorúan ellenőrzött jogosultságok alapján lehetséges. A hírlevél-szolgáltatás működtetése során további, az Egyesült Államokban bejegyzett szolgáltatók (a fentiekben hivatkozott The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a Mailchimp is közreműködik, ezért bizonyos adatok az Egyesült Államokba kerülhetnek továbbításra a hírlevél-szolgáltatás működtetése érdekében. Az adattovábbítás minden esetben a vonatkozó adatvédelmi előírások (SCC) figyelembevételével történik.

A hozzáféréshez való jog
Ön a GDPR 15. cikke alapján bármikor jogosult felvilágosítást kérni arra vonatkozóan, hogy személyes adatait az Adatkezelő kezeli-e és miként, ideértve az adatkezelés céljait, a címzetteket, akikkel az adatait közölték, vagy a forrást, ahonnan az adatot az Adatkezelő megkapta, a megőrzési időtartamot, az adatkezeléssel kapcsolatos bármely jogát, továbbá, harmadik országba vagy nemzetközi szervezetnek való továbbítás esetén pedig az ezzel kapcsolatos garanciákra vonatkozó információkat. A hozzáférés joga gyakorlása során Ön arra is jogosult, hogy az adatok másolatát kérje. Amennyiben az Ön hozzáférési joga hátrányosan érinti mások jogait és szabadságait, így különösen mások üzleti titkait vagy szellemi tulajdonát, az Adatkezelő jogosult az Ön kérelmének teljesítését szükséges és arányos mértékben megtagadni. A helyesbítéshez való jog

A törléshez való jog („az elfeledtetéshez való jog”)
A GDPR 17. cikke értelmében amennyiben Ön a személyes adatának törlését kéri, az Adatkezelő azt indokolatlan késedelem nélkül törli:
Ha már nincs rá szükség arra a célra, amelyre eredetileg tárolták, vagy az adatkezelés jogszerűtlen,
Ha Ön visszavonja a hozzájárulását és az Adatkezelőnek az adatkezelésnek nincs elsőbbséget élvező, kényszerítő erejű jogos indoka.

Data security
The Controller pays particular attention to the protection of personal data and processes them in accordance with the highest security standards. Personal data are stored on our own or our processors’ strongly protected servers, access to which is permitted only on the basis of strictly controlled authorisations. The operation of the newsletter service also involves service providers registered in the United States, including The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a Mailchimp referred to above. Certain data may therefore be transferred to the United States for the purposes of operating the newsletter service. All transfers are carried out with due regard to the applicable data protection requirements (SCCs).
Please note that The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a Mailchimp currently participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). TriFem will always inform you at the time of data collection about any processing activities not covered by this Notice. Please also note that the Website may contain links to other websites. Following redirection to another website, the controller of that website is responsible for any processing carried out there.
Please also note that courts, public prosecutors, investigating authorities, authorities dealing with administrative offences, administrative authorities, the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, or other bodies may contact the Controller under statutory authorisation to request information, the disclosure or transfer of data, or the provision of documents. In such cases, provided that the authorities have specified the precise purpose and categories of data requested, TriFem will disclose only the data necessary to fulfil the purpose of the request and only to the extent that disclosure may be required by law.
Responsibility for the correctness and accuracy of data
TriFem does not verify the correctness of the data provided. You are therefore responsible for their accuracy.
If you provide another person’s personal data in connection with any processing activity, you must obtain that data subject’s consent.
Data subject rights in connection with processing
Right of access
Under Article 15 GDPR, you are entitled at any time to request information as to whether and how the Controller processes your personal data, including the purposes of processing, the recipients to whom your data have been disclosed, the source from which the Controller obtained the data, the retention period, and any rights you have in relation to processing. Where data are transferred to a third country or an international organisation, you are also entitled to information on the relevant safeguards. When exercising your right of access, you may also request a copy of the data. If your right of access adversely affects the rights and freedoms of others, in particular their trade secrets or intellectual property, the Controller may refuse to comply with your request to the extent necessary and proportionate. If your request is excessive or manifestly unfounded, the Controller may charge a reasonable fee pursuant to Article 12(5)(a) GDPR or refuse to act on the request pursuant to Article 12(5)(b) GDPR.
Right to rectification
Under Article 16 GDPR, the Controller will rectify or complete personal data concerning you at your request. If there is doubt concerning the rectified data, the Controller may ask you to substantiate the corrected data by appropriate means, primarily by documentary evidence.
Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
Under Article 17 GDPR, if you request the erasure of your personal data, the Controller will erase them without undue delay:
If the data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were originally stored, or the processing is unlawful;
If you withdraw your consent and the Controller has no overriding compelling legitimate grounds for processing.
Personal data may not be erased where processing is necessary:
for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information;
for compliance with a legal obligation requiring processing under Union or Member State law to which the Controller is subject;
for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
You may exercise your right to be forgotten by sending an email or postal letter to the contact details specified in Section 1 of this Notice. In relation to unsubscribing from the newsletter, you may also exercise this right by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the newsletter.
Right to restriction of processing
Under Article 18 GDPR, you may request the restriction of the processing of your personal data in the following cases:
The processing is unlawful, but you oppose the erasure of the data and request the restriction of their use instead;
The Controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but you require them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Right to data portability
Under Article 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you which you have provided to the Controller, and to have those data transmitted directly by the Controller to another controller, provided that the legal basis for processing is your consent.
Right to object
Under Article 21 GDPR, where the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the legitimate interest of the Controller or a third party, you have the right to object to processing. The Controller is not obliged to uphold your objection if it demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or if the processing relates to the establishment, exercise or defence of the Controller’s legal claims.
Right to lodge a complaint and right to a remedy
If you consider that the Controller’s processing of your personal data infringes the data protection legislation in force, in particular the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority. In Hungary, complaints may be submitted to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (“NAIH”).
